摘 要:采用重结晶、沉淀法和直接加热法对某化工厂对苯二酚生产过程中得到的硫酸锰副产品进行了分离纯化的实验室研究。以分离后产品中的二价锰含量评价纯化效果,沉淀法和直接加热两种方法能达到分离纯化目的,而重结晶法不能达到预期的分离效果。结果说明,直接加热法既能达到分离目的又能充分利用原料,且分离后得到硫酸锰和硫酸铵两种产品,是一种更简单可行的分离方法。The by-product manganese sulfate in the production ofhydroquinone in a chemical plant was studied with recrystallization, precipitation and direct heating in laboratory, and the content of bivalent manganese content was used for evaluation of purification effect. The results showed that both precipitation and direct heating could achieve separation and purification, but recrystallization could not achieve its desired effect of separation. Comparing the two methods, direct heating can achieve separation and can make full use of raw materials. Furthermore, after separation manganese sulfate and ammonium sulfate could be obtained, and direct heating is a simple method of separation.
