摘　　要：本文在分析辽宁省中部地区的经济社会发展、水资源开发的基础上,提出按照水功能区的要求,提高地方污水处理排放标准,加大污水处理力度和深度,减少污染物的排放总量,建设外流域调水工程,逐步达到全省重点水功能区的限制排污总量。On the basis of analyzing economical and social development and water resources development in central section of Liaoning province, puts forward the drainage standard of wastewater, the dynamics and the degree of depth for wastewater treatment to reduce the drainage volume of pollutant, reach the limited drainage pollutant volume in function area by the way of transferring water from external river basin.
