摘 要:根据溶液培养试验从Azucena×IR64的DH群体中选出对铁毒抗性、敏感品系各5个,研究不同基因型水稻过氧化物酶(POD)活性与其对铁毒抗性的关系.试验结果表明:各品系叶片POD活性与其对铁毒耐受能力具有正相关性,抗性品系的POD活性高于敏感品系;抗性和敏感品系POD活性诱导程度与铁吸收量分别表现正相关和负相关.Solution culture experiment conducted in 1996 indicated that a DH population derived from Azucena × IR64 showed a great segregation in tolerance to iron toxicity. Five tolerant and five sensitive lines selected from this population were used to study the role of peroxidase (POD) in the detoxification of iron stress. The results showed that the POD activity in rice shoot was closely related to tolerance to iron stress. POD activity in the tolerant lines is relatively higher than that in sensitive lines. Iron stress significantly increases POD activity and the increasing percentage of POD activity is correlated with iron concentration postively in tolerant lines and negatively in sensitive lines. It indicates that POD plays an important role in the detoxification of iron stress.
