摘　　要：介绍了医院门诊管理系统软件中医院门诊计算过程采用数据交换和自动输出功能实现的技术原理及编程方法:应用VBA技术对Excel文件分别进行后台操作,然后实现两者文件的合并,统一以Word文件的形式输出。这对其他具有报表输出功能的软件系统开发有一定的参考价值。In this paper the realization technical principle and the programming method of Hospital Outpatient Computation process to via the data exchange and the automatic output function： which carries on the backstage operation using the VBA technology to the Excel document separately, then realizes two documents merges, unifies by the Word document form output In rnedicine Hoespital Outpatient Service Management System software is Introduced. This have the certain value to the other software system development which using the report form output function.
