摘　　要：目的探讨结核病人T淋巴细胞及NK细胞的变化。方法将不同的结核病人分组,用流式细胞仪测定其T淋巴细胞及NK细胞。结果CD3+T淋巴细胞、CD4+T淋巴细胞、CD8+T淋巴细胞及NK细胞在不同病人中的表现有明显的差异。结论研究结核病人T淋巴细胞及NK细胞的水平,对于了解其发病机制及治疗都可能产生重要影响。Objective To explored changes of T lymphocyte and NK cell in tuberculosis patients. Methods Patients were divided into different groups to determine the T lymphocyte and NK cell by the FCM （ Flow Cytometry）. Results The levels of CD3^＋ T lym- phocyte, CD4^＋ T lymphocyte, CDs^＋ T lymphocyte and NK cell in different groups of patient were obviously different. Conclusion The levels of T lymphocyte and NK cell in the patients of tuberculosis should be monitored, which may have an important effect in the understanding of the mechanism and the therapy of the diseases.
