经纤维支气管镜置入支架治疗气道狭窄26例临床分析

摘　　要：目的对气道狭窄患者纤维支气管镜引导下行气道内支架成形术的临床应用进行评估。方法纤维支气管镜引导下予26例气道狭窄合并严重气促患者行气道内支架成形术。结果26例均获成功,支架留置后患者气促立即改善。结论纤维支气管镜引导下内支架成形术能显著提高气道狭窄患者的生活质量。Objective To make an estimate of clinical practica of stents guided by fiberbronchoscope for tracheobronchial stenosis. Methods Stents were put in the tracheobronchial guided by fiberbronchoscope for 26 patients with tracheobronchial stenosis and asthma. Results All 26 cases operations were successful and the problem of asthma was solved. Conclusion The living quality of the tracheobronchial-stenosis-patient is improved by stents, The tracheal stent implantation is an effective means for severe tracheal stenosis.
