农村社区教育与县级社区学院发展研究

摘　　要：一个国家社区教育体系应该与其社会体系相适应,与我国城乡二元结构社会体系相适应的社区教育应该包括农村社区教育和城市社区教育。农村社区教育是在县域范围内,充分利用各类教育资源,旨在提高县域全体成员整体素质和生活质量,促进县域经济建设和社会发展的教育活动。社区高等教育是社区教育的最高层次,县级社区学院是以实施农村社区高等教育为主要任务的农村高等教育机构。A nation＇s community educational system should suit with its social system. In accordance with its binary structural social system, Chings community education should include rural community education and urban community education. Aimed at raising all its members＇ overall quality and life quality and promoting its economic construction and social development, rural community education is an educational campaign in the sphere of a county which fully uses various kinds of local educational resources. Community higher education is the highest level of community education, and the county-level community institute is the rural higher educational organization with enforcement of rural community higher education as its major task.
