摘  要:应用聚类和PCA排序研究了陕西镇安野生三叶木通群落的特征及与环境之间的关系,并利用群落的排序值与环境因子进行多元回归分析.聚类分析将所有样地划分为两大类;PCA排序结果较好地反映了环境梯度对不同群落分布的潜在影响;排序轴与环境因子进行多元回归,得到方程:Y1=0.644+0.012X2-0.005X4(R2=0.509,P>0.05),Y2=1.557+0.01X1-0.069X2(R2=0.797,P<0.01);SPSS聚类和PCA分析结果一致,决定三叶木通群落分布格局的主要因子为海拔和坡度,不同植物沿着海拔和坡度有着规律性的分布.The character of community of Akebia trifoliate (Thunb.) and the relationship between the character and environment were investigated with the method of clustering and PCA ordination, and the quantitative interpretation of community type and the environmental gradients were given by the multivariate regression analysis. The results show that all sampling plots were classed into 2 kinds; the underlying effects of environment gradient on the population distribution was reflected by PCA; two regression equation were received: Y1 = 0. 644 + 0. 012X2 - 0. 005X4 (R^2 = 0. 509, P 〉0.05), Y2 = 1.557+ 0.01X1 - 0. 069X2 (R^2 = 0. 797, P 〈 0.01). The results from clustering adn PCA are harnonious. The primary environmental factors which decided the distribution of community of A. trifoliate are altitude and gradient, different plants distribute in different places according to altitude and gradient.
