摘　　要：目的采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定心舒宝胶囊中芍药苷的含量。方法C18色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-0.4%磷酸溶液(15∶85),流速1m L/m in,柱温30℃,检测波长230nm。结果芍药苷质量浓度在24.84～372.6μg/m L范围内与峰面积积分值线性关系良好,平均回收率为98.7%,RSD为1.12%(n=9)。结论方法简便可行、结果准确、重现性好,可用于该制剂的质量控制。Objective To establish HPLC method for the determination of paeoniflorin in Xinshubao Capsules. Methods The paeoniflofin was determinated by HPLC. The samples were separated by C18 column with the mobile phase of CH3CN- 0. 1% H3PO4（15：85）, the wavelength of detection was at 230 nm. Results Paeoniflorin showed a good linear relationship within the range of 24.84 - 372. 6 μg/mL（ r = 0. 999 9） and the average recovery rate was 98.7%, RSD = 1.12%. Conclusion The method is accurate with good repeatability. It can be used for the quality control of Xinshubao Capsule.
