摘　　要：目的改进六味地黄丸的质量控制手段。方法按药典方法测定六味地黄丸中马钱苷、丹皮酚的含量及溶散时限,采用转篮法和紫外-可见分光光度法测定其溶出度。结果不同厂家及不同剂型产品的测定结果差别较大。结论建议加强对六味地黄丸的质量控制,增加溶出度检查项目。Objective To investigate the quality of Liuweidihuang Pill for improving and advancing the quality standard. Methods To determine the content of loganin and paeonol, time limit of dissolution and dispersion by the method in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia the dissolution rates with rotating- basket method and UV- visible spectorphotometry. Results There was great different in the determination results for the products of different companies and dosage form. Conclusion It is suggested to enhance the quality control for Liuweidihuang Pill, and add dissolution rate test.
