摘　　要：目的优选乌苏里藜芦碱的提取方法。方法以总生物碱含量、提取时间为指标,对乌苏里藜芦总生物碱的不同提取方法进行比较。结果氯仿超声提取优于乙醇渗滤提取,更优于乙醇超声提取。结论氯仿超声提取的效果最佳。Objective To optimize the extract technology for Veratum nigrum var. ussuriense Nakai（Vera- U）alkaloid. Methods The procedures of amino- chloroform, ethanol ultrasonic and ethanol infiltration extraction in extracting alkaloid from Vera- U were compared. The amino- chloroform ultrasonic extraction could reduce the extraction time and give a higher yield. Results Through the comprehensive evaluation of the two markers, the comprehensive values ranked in the order of amino-chloroform, ethanol ultrasonic and ethanol infiltration extraction. Conclusion The amino- chloroform method is the optimal method to extract Vera- U alkaloid.
