丹参片对心力衰竭合并2型糖尿病病人炎症因子及预后的影响

摘　　要：目的评价丹参片对心力衰竭合并2型糖尿病病人肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、高敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、6min步行距离(6-MWT)等影响及其长期临床疗效。方法入选100例并发2型糖尿病的心力衰竭病人,随机分为丹参组和常规组,各50例。丹参组在常规组治疗基础上加用丹参片(每日3次,每次3片),随访1年。观察治疗前后心功能、6-MWT、超声心动图指标、住院率和病死率以及血清TNF-α、hs-CRP水平。结果两组治疗1年后心功能、6-MWT、超声心动图指标皆明显改善,TNF-α、hs-CRP水平明显下降。与常规组比较,丹参组心功能、6-MWT提高更明显,TNF-α、hs-CRP水平下降更显著。而且丹参组因心血管事件住院率也显著低于常规组。结论在常规西药治疗基础上加用丹参片能抑制并发2型糖尿病的心力衰竭病人炎症反应,改善心功能,提高生活质量,改善预后。Objective To evaluate the effect of Danshen tablet on TNF-α, Ks - CRP and 6 - MWT in patients （pts） with diabetes and heart failure. Methods One hundred pts with diabetes and heart failure were randomly assigned into two groups： Danshen group （n = 50） and conventional therapy group （ n = 50 ）. NYHA funcficsud class, 6 - MWT, echocardiographic indices, the levels of TNF- α and hs - CRP were evaluated pre - and pest - therapy. Results After one year therapy, the NYHA functional class and 6 - MWT in Danshen group were improved significantly than that in conventional therapy group. Conclusion Danshen could improve cardiac function and quality of life, and decrease the levels of TNF- α and hs - CRP in pts with diabetes and heart failure.
