摘　　要：在WTO《农业协议》允许的框架内,各国公共财政农业支出政策可分为政府一般性服务、农产品价格保护和直接补贴等。通过研究美国、欧盟、日本等发达国家和地区财政支农政策的经验与做法,可以为我国的政策选择提供一个较好的参照系。The paper makes an investigation of agriculture fiscal expenses policies of the US, EU and Japan, which mainly include providing agriculture public goods, serves and financial subsidy. Then we can safely induce the main experiences from these countries, which is conductive to the improvement of agriculture fiscal expenses policy in China.
