关于中国行政区际旅游合作问题的几点思考

摘　　要：加强行政区际旅游合作,是中国旅游业健康、协调和可持续发展的必然要求。我国行政区际旅游业合作面临的主要制约因素包括观念制约、行政管理体制制约、地方利益竞争的制约以及行政区际旅游经济发展的非均衡制约。为此,要积极树立竞合理念,增强行政区际旅游合作的动力,建立有效的合作机制。It is inevitably requirement for the Chinese tourism to develop healthily ,coordinated and sustainable under the circumstance of strengthening the cooperation of traveling administrative area border. What mainly restricts the development lies in the idea restriction,the local profitcompetition and the non - balanced restriction. Getting rid of all the problems mentioned above, We need to setup the notions of cooperatingand competing. And to establish the coordinating system, enforce the stimulation of the tourism cooperation at the same time.
