摘　　要：构建和谐医院是新时期医院生存和发展的重要条件。构建和谐医院就是要构建和谐的医患关系、和谐的医技关系。以人为本、人性化管理是建设和谐医患关系的主要手段,医技科室的管理在和谐医院构建中的作用主要通过全面的质量管理和优质的人性化服务来实现。The construction of harmonious hospital is a significant condition for the existence and development of hospitals in the new era. To construct a harmonious hospital involves the buildup of a harmonious relationship between hospital staff and patients, a harmonious relationship between clinician and technician. People oriented management are the major methods adopted constructing harmonious relationship between hospital staff and patients. The role of the management of the medical - technical section office in the process of constructing harmonious hospitals, which would be accomplished mainly by systematic monitoring of the quality and competitive human - based services.
