摘　　要：通过总结11例原发性甲状旁腺功能亢进病人的临床护理,了解甲状旁腺功能亢进的病情特点,做好血钙平衡的监测,术前防止血钙大于3.5mmol/L,术后防止低于2.0mmol/L,密切观察病情变化,防止发生甲状旁腺危象和低钙抽搐,做好骨病护理,防止发生病理性骨折,术前术后给予不同的饮食,加强心理护理,减轻病人心理负担,做好出院康复指导。Through the study and conclusion of the clinical care for 11 patients with primary hyperparathyroidism,we grasped the disease＇s charecters. The roles of the care are monitering and controling the serum calcium concentration（not more than 3.5mmol/L before operation and not less than 2.0 mmol/L after operation）,preventing the occurrences of hyperparathyroid crisis,hypocalcemia and pathologicalfracture,taking care of the bone disease,giving different diets before and after operation,strengthening psychological care,lessening the patients＇ psychological burden and making better the healing instructions.
