高位颈髓损伤并发呼吸衰竭患者急性期的护理

摘　　要：总结我科7例颈椎骨折高位颈髓损伤并发呼吸衰竭患者急性期的护理体会。主要包括呼吸衰竭、呼吸道感染、心律失常、体位性低血压、自主神经反射异常、肠蠕动减弱及排便异常、体温调节障碍、低钠血症以及心理护理。本组6例患者顺利渡过危险期，症状均得到控制并进入康复治疗阶段，1例患者逐渐好转，部分症状得到控制。The nursing understanding of superior position cervical cord injury combined respiratory failure in emergency stage were summarized, including respiratory failure, respiratory tract infection, arhythmia, postural hypotension, autonomic dysreflexia, enterokinesia weaken, defecation abnormal, body heat regulation disturbance, hyponatremia and mental nursing. 6 cases leave on pass, symptoms were controlled and come into heal stage, one case come well gradually, partial symptoms can be controlled.
