摘  要:本研究应用放射免疫法观察新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)时血浆内皮素(ET)及心钻素(ANP)的动态变化,同时测定血清钙、钠等电解质浓度水平,并与正常新生儿组进行对照。结果表明HIE患儿血浆ET、ANP含量明显高于对照组,而血清钙、钠水平则低于对照组;随病情恢复过程ET及ANP逐渐下降伴血钙、钠浓度上升;病情轻重程度与各项指标变化差异及恢复时间有相关关系,提示ET与ANP参与HIE的病理生理过程。ET对血管作用主要通过钙调节机制,ANP通过钙拮抗机制对抗ET的生物学效应,因此在ET增加时ANP的增多可能是机体自稳态调节功能的表现。Measurement of ET.ANP.Ca2+.Na+ was done in 32 newborns with HIE and 28 normal neonates, the results showed that ET and ANP rise sharply in HIE group, associated with lower level of serum Ca2+ and Na+. There was an obvious difference between HIE and control group, variation depended on severity of the disease. It is suggested that ET and ANP were important factors in pathophysiologic process of HIE, they play regulator role in Ca2+/ Na+ channel mechanism, but their function was antagonised. It is possible to use Ca2+ entry blockers (CESs) to reduce hypoxic ischemic damage caused by excessive release of ET.
