摘 要:作者应用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)分别测定了49例正常足月儿脐动脉血清和50例脐静脉血G-CSF阳性率和含量。脐动脉及脐静脉血清G-CSF阳性率分别为8.16%及74%,并测定了其中37例阳性脐静脉血中G-CSF含量,结果S/N最高值19.94,最低2.1,均值为5.90±3.95。经统计学处理,脐静脉血与脐动脉血中G-CSF阳性率有显著性差别(P<0.01)。并用单向环状免疫扩散(RID)法,测定了41例正常足月儿脐静脉血中免疫球蛋白(IgG,IgA,IgM)含量,IgG(13.02±3.65)明显高于正常值11.2±3.2,(P<0.05),IgA未测到,IgM含量明显低于正常值。Author applied the G-CSF ELISA test box to detect the G-CSF positive rates and contents respectly in umbilical artery serums of farty-nine normal full-terms infants and umbilical vein serums of fifty normal newborns. The results showed the positive rates in umbilical artery surums waw 8. 16%, vien serums was 74% anymore, we detected the contents of the G-CSF in thirty-seven positive umilical vein serums. The results showed that the maximum S/N was 19. 94 the minimum S/N was 2. 1 and X±s = 5. 90± 3. 95 From statistic analysis,there wassignifiant diferent positive rates in umbilical vein and artery serums (P<0. 01). We detected the lmmunoglobuin levels in forty-one normol newborn's umbilical vein serums by RID. Wer observed that the levels of lgG were higher than normal signifinantly (P<0. 05) X ±@= 13. 02± 3. 65. lgA couldn't found and lgM were lower than normal
