摘　　要：外商直接投资作为推动区域经济增长的重要力量,在产业结构调整中扮演着重要的角色。滨海新区多年来在吸引外商直接投资上一直处于全国领先水平,外商投资的结构与水平对于以外向型为主要发展方向的滨海新区来讲无疑至关重要。本文通过实证分析,重点探讨外商直接投资对新区产业结构调整的影响,在此基础上找出其相关性和存在的问题,并就进一步优化新区产业结构提出了利用外资的对策建议。As a main factor in promoting regional economic growth, foreign direct investment （FDI） plays an important role in the readjustment of industrial structure. Tianjin Binhai New Area, which is highly export-oriented, keeps ahead in attracting FDI. The structure and level of FDI is of great importance for Binhai New Area. By doing some empirical analyses, the paper centers on the effects of FDI on the readjustment of industrial structure in Binhai New Area, and tries to find out its correlation or problems that might exist. Then it puts forward some policies and proposals about how to utilize FDI to further optimize the industrial structure in Binhai New Area.
