摘　　要：首先回顾了近年来环氧化酶-2在炎症性疾病中的研究进展,其次归纳了中药抗炎作用与环氧化酶-2的关系,旨在为传统中药抗炎作用机制的研究思路提供参考。Introduces the recent study on the role of cyclooxygenase- 2 （COX- 2 ） in inflammatory diseases, then summarizes the recent study on the mechanism of anti - inflammatory effect of traditional Chinese medicine by inhibit the activity of COX - 2 and expression of COX - 2 mRNA and protein, which to provide information for research on anti - inflammatory mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine.
