摘 要:目的:筛选纯化大黄总蒽醌的最佳树脂,确定树脂纯化大黄总蒽醌的工艺参数。方法:以大黄中总蒽醌含量为指标,研究大孔吸附树脂富集、纯化大黄总蒽醌的吸附性能和洗脱参数。结果:X-5型树脂对大黄总蒽醌有良好的吸附性能。洗脱剂为60%乙醇,用量为6倍量树脂柱体积,大黄总蒽醌富集于60%乙醇洗脱液部分,且除杂质效果好。结论:通过X-5型大孔吸附树脂富集、纯化后,大黄总蒽醌的洗脱率在90%以上,总蒽醌的含量提高到35.4%。说明采用本法富集、纯化大黄总蒽醌是可行的。Objective : To optimize the macroretieular resin, to establish the technological parameters of the purification process of total anthraquinones in Radix et Rhizoma Rhei with macroreticular resin. Methods: The adsorptive characteristies and elutive parameters of the process were studied by taking the content of total anthraquinones as marker. Results : X - 5 type macroreticular resin has good purification process, the extractive of total anthraquinones was washed with distilled water, then was washed with 6 - fold times 60% alcohol for macroreticular resin. The total anthraquinones in Radix et Rhisoma Rhei was eluted with 60% alcohol. Conclusion: With X -5 type macroreticular resin to adsorb and purify,the elutive ratio of total anthraquinones in Radix et Rhizoma Rhei was over 90% and the purity reached 35.4%. So this process of applying macroreticular resin to adsorb and purify total anthraquinones in Radix et Rhizoma Rhei is feasible.
