加味麻黄附子细辛汤的组方合理性与药物配比剂量研究

摘　　要：以变应性鼻炎小鼠为模型,采用均匀设计法,探讨加味麻黄附子细辛汤组方合理性及配比剂量。结果各药物在鼻敏康组方中的重要性地位依次为:附子>黄芪>防风>麻黄>细辛>白术;附子、黄芪、防风、细辛的用量与疗效呈正相关,即用量较大时疗效较好;麻黄、白术的用量与疗效呈负相关,即用量较少时疗效较好;麻黄与细辛、黄芪与附子间的交互作用呈正相关;麻黄与黄芪、黄芪与白术间的交互作用呈负相关,组方时应适当增加或减少相关药物的用量。Using ethology of average incidence of allergic rhinitis mice C57BL6 as index,uniform design is adopted to optimize formula and dose of modified ephedra asarum herb aconite decoction, the sequence of importance is . aconite 〉 astragalus 〉 Saposhnikovia divaficata （Turez.） Schischk 〉 ephedra 〉 asarum herb 〉 atractyledes macrocephala; aconite, astragalus,Saposhnikovia divaricata （Turez.） Schischk,asarum herb have positive relationship with the number of grabbing nose, ephedra,atractyledes macrocephala have negetive relationship with the number of grabbing nose; the interaction of ephedra and asarum herb, astragalus and aconite are positive ;ephedra and astragalus, astragalus and Saposhnikovia divaricata （Turez.） Schischk are negative.
