摘 要:目的:观察加减清营汤对H2O2损伤的血管内皮细胞存活率和SOD活力的影响。方法:体外培养内皮细胞ECV304,用380μmol/LH2O2损伤细胞,随机分成正常组、模型组、血清对照组、丹参组、加减清营汤含药血清组。用血清药理学方法给药,继续培养后应用MTT法观察细胞存活率,检测SOD。结果表明:加减清营汤含药血清组MTT的OD值在24h点高于H2O2模型组(P<0.01),与血清对照组无明显差异(P>0.05),36h后与血清对照组有明显差异(P<0.01)。加减清营汤含药血清组SOD值高于模型组、血清对照组(P<0.01)。结论:加减清营汤可降低H2O2对ECV304的损伤程度,其机理可能与抗氧化作用有关。Objective: The study was designed to investigate the effects of Jiajian Qingying recipe on the survival rate and the level of SOD of ECV304. Methods : To make drug - containing serum with the method of seropharm acology, to establish the cell model by H2O2,and observe the effects on the survival rate and the level of SOD. Results: The survival rate of drug - containing serum group was more than model group, and there was no significant differences between drug -containing serum group and serum contrast group until after 36h. And the level of SOD of drug - containing serum group was obviously higher than the other groups. Conclusion : Jiajian Qingying recipe can obviously protect ECV304 from injury induced by H2O2. Its mechanism may be related to the fuction of antioxidative.
