论脾胃学说与妇科的关系

摘　　要：脾胃学说源自《内经》,成熟于东垣。脾胃乃后天之本,水谷之海,气血化生之源,而女子以血为用,以气为纲,故妇科疾病多与脾胃病变密切相关,历代医家的妇科专著亦多重视脾胃。从脾胃功能对女子生理的作用,脾胃病变对妇科疾病的影响,以及妇科中调理脾胃的若干治法等方面论述了脾胃学说与妇科的关系。Tne theory of spleen and stomach originated from the classic of internal medicine and became mature in Dongheng. The spleen and stomach is the foundation of acquired life, the sea of water and food and the source of qi and blood metaplasia which concerns woman a lot. Therefore gynecological disease is closely related to the illness of spleen and stomach. Treatises of all dynasties about gynecology attached great importance on spleen and stomach. This article deals with the relation between the theory of spleen and stomach and gynecology from the aspects of the effect of the function of spleen and stomach on woman physiology, illness of spleen and stomach on gynecological diseases as well as some gynecological treatment by recuperating spleen and stomach etc.
