摘  要:目的:建立苦苣菜总黄酮的含量测定方法,为考察其内在质量提供依据。方法:通过不同提取方法,采用紫外-可见分光光度法测定苦苣菜总黄酮的含量,检测波长为510nm。结果:采用70%乙醇超声提取苦苣菜总黄酮,NaNO2-Al(NO3)3-NaOH为显色系统的含量测定方法,线性范围13.2~79.2μg/mL,r=0.9998,平均加样回收率为98.27%,RSD=1.67%(n=6),测得样品中总黄酮的含量为2.12%。结论:含量测定方法操作简便,快捷,重现性好,与传统提取法相比,超声提取法具有快速、高效等显著优点。Objective: To establish a method of determination of total flavonoids in Sonchus oleraceus and to provide basis for the study of its internal quality. Methods : The content of total flavonoids in Sonchus oleraceus was determined by UV- Vis spectroscopy with a detection wavelength at 510nm by different extraction methods. Results: The total flavonoids, which was extracted from Sonchus oleraceus by 70% alcohol, was determined by ultraviolet spectroscopy with NaNO2 - Al ( NO3 ) 3 - NaOH system, the liner range varied from 13.2 - 79.2μg/mL ( r = 0.9998 ), average recovery was 98.27%, RSD = 1.67% ( n = 6 ). The average content of total flavonoids in Sonchus oleraceus was 2. 12%. Conclusion: The method was easily operated and repreducible. Compared with traditional extraction, the ultrasonic extraction had higher extraction efficiency.
