补肾健脾法治疗围绝经期综合征的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察补肾健脾中药治疗妇女围绝经期综合征的临床疗效。方法:治疗组采用自拟补肾健脾口服方,并与更年康相对照,观察治疗前后妇女围绝经期综合征的症状评分,同时放免测定了部分患者治疗前后血清性激素的含量。结果:①补肾健脾中药能明显改善围绝经期综合征患者各主要症状,痊愈率为28.57%,总有效率达91.42%,较更年康疗效显著(P<0.05);缓解胸闷心悸、烦燥易怒、倦怠乏力、浮肿症状显著优于更年康对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。②补肾健脾中药能明显升高50岁以下患者血清雌二醇(E2)水平(P<0.05)。结论:补肾健脾法治疗妇女围绝经期综合征的疗效可靠,并对尚未完全衰退的卵巢功能有促进和调节作用。Objective ： To research the clinical curative effect of the invigorating the kidney and the spleen prescription for the patients with peri - menopausal syndrome. Methods ： The treatment group was treated with the invigorating the kidney and the spleen prescription, and control group was used Gengniankang for comparison. Before and after treatment, the patients with peri -menopausal syndrome scoring were observed, simultaneously determines the partial patients＇serum sex hormone content. Results ： ①The invigorating the kidney and the spleen prescription could reduce the major symptoms of peri -menopausal syndrome, the cure rate is 28.57%, the total effectiveness reaches 91,42%, compared Gengniankang was significant （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; it could alleviate the chest stuffy palpitation, bothersome dry testiness, the tired asthenia, the edema symptom obviously compared Gengniankang control group （ P 〈 0. 05 or P 〈 0.01 ）. ②The invigorating the kidney and the spleen prescription could increase the patient＇s E2 level obviously, especially for 50 years old below （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： The curative effect of the invigorating the kidney and the spleen treatment for the patients with peri - menopausal syndrome is reliable. Besides, the ovarian function which not yet completely declines has the encouraging and regulatory effect.
