辨证分型结合百草丹胶囊治疗慢性胆囊炎50例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:对慢性胆囊炎进行辨证分型,分为气滞血瘀型、肝胆湿热型、脾虚气郁型、肝郁阴虚型等4型,观察运用百草丹胶囊结合中药辨证治疗慢性胆囊炎的疗效。方法:以本院非标准制剂百草丹胶囊每日3次口服,每次2粒,结合中药辨证分别予以行气祛瘀法、清热利湿法、健脾舒肝法、疏肝养阴法治疗,一共治疗慢性胆囊炎50例。结果:总有效率100%。结论:中药辨证合百草丹胶囊治疗慢性胆囊炎有十分确切的疗效。Objective ：Chronic cholecystitus is divided into the stagnation of Qi and blood, Dampness -Heat in Liver and Gallbladder,spleen deficiency and Qi depressio, Liver Qi stagnation and Yin deficiency. To observe the treatment effect of baicaodan capsule integrating Chinese medicine. Method ： To use the non - standard preparation of baicaodan capsule,3 times per day,2 tablets each time,combining with Chinese herbal to promote Qi circulation and resolve stasis, dispel heat and ehminate dampness, invigorate spleen and relieve Liver depression, reheve Liver depression and tonify Yin. Altogether treats the chronic cholecystitus 50 examples. Result ： The total effectiveness is 100%. Conclusion ： The Chinese medicine integrating baieaodan capsule on chronic cholecystitus has the extremely accurate curative effect.
