摘　　要：１９９６年３～４月湖南省封邱县某村发生一起６５例发热出疹性疾病暴发流行，主要侵袭对象为学龄前儿童及小学生，罹患率为４６４‰，０～１４岁儿童发病率为１４６％，男性３７例，女性２８例，具有病程较短、临床症状较轻等特点。经流行病学调查和血清学检测证实为风疹暴发流行。An outbreak of 65 cases of rash fever was occurred in a village of Fengqiu county, Henan province in March to April 1996.The patients mainly were in pre school and school children. Attack rate was 46.4%,and the attack rate of age group between 0 and 14 years old was 14.6%, of which 37 cases were male.Most cases were noted for shorter course and worse clinical manifestation. It was confirmed as an outbreak of rubella by epidemiologic and serological investigation.
