摘 要:通过组合聚醚与聚氨酯硬泡的制备,对发泡剂HFC-365mfc、HFC-365/227和水的发泡效果、泡体结构、与组合聚醚的互溶性及泡体力学性能等进行了研究,并与HCFC-141b进行了比较。研究结果表明,HFC-365mfc、HFC-365/227与组合聚醚均有较好的溶解性与配伍性;在等质量下,两者在聚氨酯中的发泡效果稍差于HCFC-141b;而在等摩尔加入量时,HFC-365/227的泡孔结构较均匀,平均孔径较小,且所制备泡体的拉伸强度较高,断裂伸长率较大;全水发泡所制得的泡体密度较大。The foaming effect,structure of foam,mutual solubility of polyether compounds and bubble mechanical properties of blowing agent HFC-365mfc,HFC-365/227 and water have been studied through the preparation of polyether compounds and rigid polyurethane foam and compared with HCFC-141b. The results show that the solubility and compatibteness of HFC-365mfc, HFC-365/ 227 with polyether compounds are pretty and the foaming effect of HFC-365mfc,HFC-365/227 is slightly inferior to HCFC-141b at equivalent mass,but the bubble structure is more uniform and average bubble size is smaller with HFC-365/227 than HCFC-141b at equivalent molar content. The tensile strength and breaking elongation of foam made by HFC-365/227 are higher. The research also indicated that the density of foam prepared with water as foaming agent alone is higher.
