心先安对冠心病患者左室舒张功能的影响

摘　　要：为研究心先安对冠心病患者左室舒张功能的影响，选取38例心绞痛病人，静滴心先安90～120mg／d，10～14天为一疗程，应用超声多普勒测定左室舒缩末内径、舒张早期和晚期血流峰值速度（EV、AV）、舒张早期减速度（DC）及时间流速积分比R．等。结果，治疗前射血分数减低47±8．5％，EV降低68±9cm／s，AV增加88±16cm／s，R降低1．4±0．4，应用心先安后心电图缺血改善，上述指标明显好转（P＜0．05），而DC变化不大。表明冠心病患者存在左室舒张功能障碍，心选安可改善左室舒张功能及心肌供血，早期应用可防治心衰。To determine left ventricular diastolic function in coronary heart disease and the effects ofMCA on heart function. 38 patients were treated by venous infusion of MCA 90～120mg/d for 10～14d. And the heart function were measured before and after treatment by Doppler echocardiography. Theejection fraction (47±8. 5 % ) were decreased, the blood peak velocity during early diastolic period (68±9cm/s) were slower but the late one (88±16cm/s) were faster than normal, timevefority integral ratio(1. 4±0. 4) was decreased. There were significant improvement on these parameters after treatment (p<0.05). The left ventricular diastolic function was declined in coronary heart disease and it can be improvedby usting MCA.
