摘  要:为建立适应中国特色军事变革需要的人才培养体系,随着信息技术和网络技术的发展,医院任职教育的内容和形式发生了新的变化,积极探索新形势下医院的信息化教学模式,为"打得赢、不变质"提供有力的后勤保障,成为军队医院刻不容缓的任务之一。本文以信息化条件下数字化教学在任职教育中的应用为重点探讨信息化条件下数字化教学的必要性和实用性,并以本院为实例分析:依托丰富的软硬件设施,在任职教育中开展数字化教学,促使管理水平不断提高、人才质量显著提升、医教研资源得到有效整合。The establishment of education system should meet the needs of military reform with Chinese characteristics. As information technology develops and internet spreads around the world, the content and form of hospital professional education have changed. There is no time to delay for military hospitals to explore an informative teaching approach under the new circumstances, which is a key step for potent logistic support for "being capable of winning and never degenerate". Focusing on the application of informative digital-teaching in professional education probes into the necessity and feasibility of informative teaching, based on the practice of Southwest Hospital with the help of enough software and hardware facilities. The implementation of informative teaching will enhance the improvement of hospital management, talent quality and the integration of medical, teaching and researching resources.
