摘　　要：目的利用城市一卡通实现的电子身份证和电子货币功能,来优化患者就医流程,提供方便、快捷的电子支付和信息查询。方法依托医院信息系统;利用城市一卡通平台;开发相关管理软件,实现医院就医的"一卡通"。结果城市一卡通在医院的应用不仅加强了医院对患者身份的管理;优化、改善了患者的就医流程。结论为患者提供了多种支付和信息查询的有效手段,扩大了城市一卡通的应用领域。Objective Appying of ＂One-Card-Pass＂ system as electronic identity cards and electronic cash card in the hospital may optimize the medical treatment process for patients , to offer more convenience and rapid electronic payment and information requiring for the patients. Methods Replying on the hospital information system to realize the ＂One-Card-Pass＂ system of the hospital by using platform of ＂One-Card-Pass＂system and developing correlated managing software. Results The design and application of＂One-Card-Pass＂system of the hospital is an effective means to strengthen the management of the patientrs identity,optimize the medical treatment process and offer various means for the patients to require information and payment. Conclusion The application of ＂One-Card-Pass＂system is expanded.
