摘  要:随着医疗市场的竞争,医疗服务质量的含义发生了新的变化,新的医疗服务质量管理理论、方法也被不断引进。本文分析了目前医院医疗质量管理的现状是医疗保险制度的实施对医患产生重大影响、市场机制引入使医疗行业竞争加剧、医院的运行机制和管理存在不足、医疗期望值和客观现实的反差增加了医患矛盾、收入的多元化产生了不同层次医疗需求。在对医疗质量管理进行分析讨论的基础上,对进一步加强医院医疗质量的管理提出了一些见解。With the competition of medical market, the meaning of medical service quality has changed greatly, new theories and methods of medical service quality management have been introduced constantly. The current quality management of medical care is faced with several problems,for example,the introduction of medical reforming has brought important influences on the physician-patient relationship,the introduction of market mechanism has promoted the competition in medical profession, defects are still present in the running mechanism and management of hospital, the contrast between expectation to medical care and realistic level increased the contradiction between doctors and patients, the individuals with different income levels have different medical requirements. Based on the investigation and analysis, several issues are brought forward and the suggestions to solve these issues are raised.
