滇金丝猴毛首线虫一新种记述

摘　　要：1987年4月初在云南省维西县捕获的四只滇金丝猴中,从剖检一只病死猴中获得一批线虫标本,经鉴定,隶属于毛首线虫科(Trichuride Raillict,1915)毛首线虫属(Trichocephalus Rocdcrcr,1761)的一新种。现报道于后。In this paper a new speeies of Genus Trichocephalus (Trichocephalidae, Trichocephalata) is described from the golden monkey, Phinopithecus bieti Milne-Edwards collected from Wehsi Country, Yunnan Province, China. The descriptions are as follows: Trichocephalus rhinopithecus sp. nov. (Figs. 1-12) Host: Golden monkey (Rhinopithecus bieti), Collected from Wehsi Country Yunnan province, China. Location: Stomach. Types: Holotype 1, allotype 1, paratypes 18 and 81, collected in March, 1987, from the stomach of a golden monkey. All the type specimens are kept in the Veterinary Group, Kunming Institute of Zoology, Academia Sinica. Diagnosis: This species differ from T. trichiura, T .synoce phalus, T. lani, T. ovis, T. suis, and T. globulosa etc. In its medium insize, cuticle with fine transverse striation and anterior part being more slender and longer, while posterior one shorter and broader. Head very small. Ejaeulatory duct, spiculcs and spicule sheath obviously shorter than that of other species of this genus (see Table 1). Male : Body average 47.148 (39.00-53.10) mm in length anterior and posterior parts being 37.5788 (30.05-42.50) and 9.6875 (8.00-11.50) mm in length respectively, 5.00-2.61 in proportions. Head 0.021-0.0439 ram in diame- ter, but supraoesophageal terminal being 0.1209-0.2198 mm in diameter, and the largest diameter of parts oesophageal being 0.4231-0.5495 mm. Testes berding forward nearly at cloacolis. Seminal ducts 2.3626-4.5035 mm in length and 0.0329-0.1429 mm in diameter. Ejaculatory ducts 1.0989-1.09780 mm in length and 0.0275-0.1648 mm indiameter. Spicules 1.3846-1.06581 mm in length, but the diameter of proximate end and middle part being 0.0219-0.0308 mm and 0.0198-0.0253 mm respectively. End sharp, 0.0036-0.0165 mm in diameter. Spicule sheath cylinder, which average 0.2271 in length, while the diameter of praximal ends being 0.0439-0.0879 mm, middle being 0.0549-0.0981 mm, and caudal being 0.0519-0.0659 mm.
