摘　　要：利用Matlab构建了一个微生物仿真系统,在形成仿真函数库的基础上,结合VC 6.0编程软件,最终开发出独立于Matlab的软件系统。It is the key step that how to set up mathematic model of microbiology prediction. And microbiology prediction mathematic model can be emulated and analyzed with Matlab stronger library of function. This paper set up an emulation system through using Matlab. Based on the formed emulation function library and joined with VC 6. 0 programmable software, the software system independent of Matlab can be developed.
