摘　　要：目的与方法引进并实施先进管理体系,探索疾病预防控制机构质量管理模式,总结分析ISO9001:2000质量管理体系的建立、运行及持续改进的主要做法、实施效果及工作体会。结果与结论通过对工作过程的有效控制,单位的质量管理水平有了大的提高。Objective and Methods To explore the quality management mode of Disease prevention and control institutions by introducing and enforcing advanced management system; To summarize and analyze the establishment operation of quality management system and how to keep it improving ,it＇s main practice ,result and comprehend of performance. Result and conclusion The quality management of the unit has improved by dffective controlling it＇s course of performance.
