155例海洛因滥用者的心脏损害

摘　　要：本文观察了１５５例海洛因依赖者的心电图改变，其中１３例进行了无创性心功能检查，发现心电图异常率高达７６．１３％，其中心肌供血不足１０７例（６９．００％），窦性心律不齐５２例（３３．５０％），窦性心动过缓并不齐２０例（１２．９０％），心电轴右偏１７例（１０．９０％），其它还有窦性心动过速或过缓，不完全性右束支传导阻滞等；１３例心功能的结果与健康者１４例比较，ＳＶ，ＣＩ，ＥＴ等三项指标差异有显著性（Ｐ＜０．０１，或Ｐ＜０．０５，０．００１）。Abusing heroin causes injury of multiple organs and systems in varying degrees. We studied the electrocardiagram alteration of 155 cases of heroin addicts and the cardiac function of 13 cases were checked up. The results showed that: (1) the abnormal rate of electrocardiogram was 76.13%, including 107 cases of myocardia ishemia(69.00%), 52 of sinus arrhythmia (33.50%), 20 of sinus arrhythmia with brady_ cardia (12.90%), 17 of electrial axis right deviation (10.97%); 15 of T-wave alternation(9.68%) and 21 of limb lead low voltage (13.60%). In addition, sinus bradycardia/tachycardia, incomplete right bundle branch block etc. were also found.Compared the results of cardiac function of 13 heroin addicts with the control group (n=14), the difference of age between the two groups was not obvious, P>0.01. We also found that the difference in stroke volume (SV), cardiac index (CI) and ejection time (ET) was obvious (P< 0.01, P<0.05 or P<0.001), which showed that abusing heroin did injure heart.
