摘　　要：介绍了一种单片机控制的大功率半导体激光器的恒流源电路设计,其输出电流在0-65A连续可调,电流控制精度可达3‰以上。同时,该电路还可以控制半导体激光器的工作温度,并可通过电脑方便地对温度进行设置。The paper have introduced a stable current source which controlled by singlechip MCU. The source can be used for high-power semiconductor laser diode whose out put current can be changed form zero to 65 ampere. The precision of it can be easily achieve 3%0, Also the system provides temperature control of the semiconductor laser diode, and with a computer the aim temperature can be set easily.
