摘　　要：主要介绍可燃性气体监测报警仪的设计,他由可燃性气体传感器、信号放大电路、模/数转换、单片机、显示部分、键盘控制、报警输出、应用系统软件等组成。从传感器出来的微电流信号,经过放大电路进行放大后送入单片机内,单片机采用美国ADI公司生产的ADμC812型单片机,这款单片机带有8通道12位的A/D,可直接进行数据采集。此外,他的存储资源丰富、可进行在线编程,各方面均符合设计的要求。显示部分采用74LS164芯片和LED数码管进行显示;报警输出采用固体继电器与蜂鸣器控制报警;软件设计采用单片机C语言编程。In this paper, the design of ignitable gas alarm detector is described,ignitable gas alarm detector include the ignitable gas sensor, signal amplification circuit, A/D conversion, single chip computer, display, keyboard control, the alarm, the software and equipment calibration and so on. Micro- signals from the sensor,is enlarged by the circuit and is ran into single chip computer,the single chip computer is produced by the United States ADI Company. The type： of single chip computer is ADμC812,this single chip computer has eight channels of 12 b AD,it can collect data directly. In addition,its performance is fine in store and program online. It can be applied to this design. The display part using 74LS164 chips and digital LEDS to dis play. The speaker that is controlled by solid black - white and the light emitter diode are used in the alarm. The design of software using C language programming.
