树脂对颜料分散体系的影响

摘　　要：在彩色光阻剂的调制中,颜料作为着色剂添加于其中,并且性能的好坏直接影响了彩色光阻剂的优劣。因此,为使颜料粒子微细、均匀、稳定地分散于感光树脂中,需要对颜料进行分散。本文通过对分散后颜料粒度分布和存储稳定性的分析,研究了树脂添加比例对颜料分散体系的影响。In the color photoresist, as a component of it, the pigment＇s quality has an direct influence on the quality of the color resist,in order to make the pigment disperse in the photo-resist in the state of minuteness, uniformity and stable. It＇s necessary to disperse the pigment. This paper reviews the granularity and deposited stability of pigment which is dispersed, and investigates the influence of the proportion of resin on dispersing effect.
