摘　　要：博硕士学位论文资源库的建设,全面集成和完善了我国知识信息资源体系。但是在建设的过程中应建立完备的博硕士学位论文数据库管理系统,提供访问检索和全文服务以及其他增值服务,同时要在深化内容服务,重视版权保护,建立竞争机制等方面加大力度。The resource database of dissertation and theses is viewed as a comprehensive and perfect system of knowledge and information resource. However, in the course of constructing such a system, an impeccable management system regarding database of dissertation and theses should be set up, which can offer such services as assessing retrieval, full text and other value - added information. At the same time, it is necessary to improve services, underline copyright protection and establish competitive systems.
