发挥行业优势 构建校企合作办学的新模式

摘　　要：地方型、应用型本科院校如何切实提高培养应用型高级工程技术人才的教育教学质量并得到社会的认可,是教育界一直关注的问题。采用CEISD模式制定应用型人才培养方案、联合举办"定单式"的毕业生"预就业"班、全面提高专业教师的综合素质、共建校内外实习基地等校企合作办学措施,有利于学科专业、教师队伍的建设,保证实践教学质量,提高毕业生就业的质量。It is a common concern in educational circle of how to improve students＇ ability of advanced engineering technology and to gain wide acceptance on the part of local and application -oriented colleges. A new mode of running colleges by college - enterprise cooperation through exerting industry advantages is put forward as follows： designing a plan for training application - oriented personnel with CEISD mode ; conducting jointly graduate pre - employment training course with enterprises ; improving teachers＇ all- round qualities; holding practice bases on and out of campus with enterprises. These measures are of great use to the development of specialties and teachers, practice teaching and the improvement of graduates＇ ability.
