摘　　要：电力工业的快速发展为电气工程及其自动化专业发展提供了良好机遇和动力,与此同时,也对专业人才培养提出了新的要求。按照工程应用型本科院校电气工程及其自动化专业的培养目标和业务规格,科学地设置理论课程体系和实践性教学体系,形成了具有工程应用型特色的电气工程及其自动化(电网监控技术)专业理论和实践教学体系。The rapid development of power industry calls for a corresponding construction of specialty of electronic engineering and automation, and for a new type of personnel, As far as engineering application - oriented colleges are concerned, the aim of personnel training should adhere to the principle which gives priority to weak power coupled with the employment of strong power. Meanwhile, attempts should be made to obtain a scientific teaching system with the combination of theory curriculum and practice, which should be typical of engineering application - oriented colleges.
