中西医结合治疗系膜增生性肾小球肾炎85例的临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨中西医结合治疗系膜增生性肾小球肾炎（ＭｓＰＧＮ）疗效。方法对比观察了中西医结合（治疗组）与单纯西药（对照组）治疗经肾活检诊断的ＭｓＰＧＮ的临床疗效。结果治疗组完全缓解率和总有效率为５８．８％和９０６％，显著高于对照组的２２５％和６２５％（Ｐ＜００５），而治疗组复发率仅３５％，明显低于对照组２２５％（Ｐ＜００５）。结论在常规西药治疗基础上，辩证配合中药是治疗ＭｓＰＧＮ的有效方法之一。Objective To investigate the effect of integrated Chinese Western therapy on mesangial proliferative glomerulonephritis (MsPGN). Methods 85 cases of MsPGN diagnosed by biopsy were treated with integrate Chinese Western therapy (therapeutic group) comparing with west drugs therapy (control group). Results The entrely remission rated and total effective rate of therapeutic group were 58 8% and 90 6%, signficantly higher than 22 5% and 62 5% of control group (P<0 05) The relapsing rate of therapeutic group was only 3 5%, significantly lower than 22 5% of control group (P<0 05). Conclusion Integrated Chinese Western therapy is effective on MsPGN.
