摘　　要：中国石化集团公司要建设具有较强国际竞争力的跨国能源化工公司,迫切需要一大批能适应国际竞争需要的高素质的企业管理干部。必须深入开展培训创新,通过培训内容、培训方法和培训机制上的创新,达到对企业管理干部综合能力和素质的全面提升。To become an international competitive multi-nation energy chemical cooperation,Sinopec urgently needs a great amount of enterprise managers of adapting to the requirement of international competition. We must deeply carry out training innovation, through innovation of training content, method and mechanism, so as to elevate in all respect the ability and quality of enterprise managers.
