摘 要:实验在固定了光照强度和CO2浓度的条件下,分别测量了渝湛高速公路边坡四个实验样地中猪屎豆(Cro-talaria mucronata)、山毛豆(Tephrosia candida)、柱花草(Stylosanthes gui-anensis)、狗牙根(Cynodon sp)四种植物于两个生长季——1月和3月的光合速率(Pn)、蒸腾速率(Tr)和气孔导度(Gs)等。结果表明:在测量过程中,两个生长季各植物的Gs、Tr随温度变化表现出不同趋势,Pn随温度增大而增大。无论Pn还是WUE,猪屎豆和狗牙根都比山毛豆和柱花草高,说明这两种植物生长最好,环境适应能力最强。LI- 6400 Portable Photosynthesis System was used to examine photosynthesis rate (Pn) ,transpiration rate (Tr) and stomatal conductance(Gs) of Crotalaria mucronata,Tephrosia candida, Stylosanthes gui -anensis, and Cynodon sp. under fixed photosyntheticactive active radiation and fixed density of CO2 in January and March. Results were summarized as following : Pn were increased with the increase of temperature. Compared Pn of four plants in January and March, Cynodon sp. was the highest value,and the Tephrosia candida was the lowest value. Compared WUE of four plants in January and March,the high value were Cynodon sp, and Crotalaria mucronata. No matter Pn or WUE, Crotalaria mucronata and Cynodon sp. were higher than Tephrosia candida and Stylosanthes gui - anensis, prove these two kinds of plants grow were better, and the environmental adaptive capacity were better.
