养心通脉片对兔动脉粥样硬化斑块的影响

摘　　要：目的观察养心通脉片对家兔动脉粥样硬化斑块的干预作用。方法参照"高脂饮食喂养法"造模,设养心通脉片组、辛伐他汀片组、模型组和健康对照组共4组,分别采用养心通脉片、辛伐他汀片稀释液及蒸馏水灌胃。30 d后,取各组兔主动脉,检测血管内膜斑块面积和血管光密度,并观察动脉内膜病理学变化。结果与模型组比较,养心通脉片组血管壁厚度和斑块面积明显减小,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01),血管光密度明显增大,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论养心通脉片能有效抑制动脉粥样硬化斑块的形成和发展,具有保护与修复内皮细胞功能,同时也有稳定斑块不致脱落的作用。Objective To investigate the intervening actions of Yangxin TongMai tablets on the atherosclerosis in Rabbits. Methods All the rabbits, divided randomly into Yangxin Tongmai tablets, simvastatin, model and control group, were administrated with high fatty food for 30 days, and then the aorta of the rabbits was dissected to observe the pathological changes of the vascular intima, and examine the area of the intima plaque and the vascular light density. Restilts Compared with the model group, the area of the intima plaque and the vascular thickness were decreased（P〈0.01 or P〈0.05）, but the vascular light density was decreased（P〈0.01 or P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Yangxin Tongmai tablets can effectively inhibit formation and progression of atherosclerosis, and has protection and restoration of vascular endothelial cell, and stabilization of the intima plaque.
