摘  要:目的探讨九香止泻肠溶片对番泻叶煎剂所致小鼠急性腹泻模型及小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性的影响。方法给小鼠灌胃番泻叶煎剂,造成急性腹泻模型,分别给药九香止泻肠溶片低、中、高剂量及阳性对照药物,比较腹泻指数;小鼠尾静脉注射伊文斯兰,腹腔注射醋酸造模,测定吸光度。结果九香止泻肠溶片各剂量组腹泻指数显著低于番泻叶模型组(P<0.05),其作用效果优于肠康片组和颠茄磺苄啶组(P<0.05);各剂量组吸光度显著低于模型组(P<0.01),中剂量组吸光度显著低于肠康片组(P<0.05)。结论结果提示九香止泻肠溶片具有显著的止泻和抗炎的作用;且相关作用优于肠康片和颠茄磺苄啶片。Objective To investigate the effect of Jiuxiang Zhixie granule on diarrhea index in mice model induced by senna decoction and permeability of abdomen capillary in acute diarrhea mice model. Methods The acute mice diarrhea models were induced by giving senna decoction, then Jiuxiang Zhixie granule and positive control drug were fed so as to compare diarrhea index; yiwensilan was injected into the vessel of mice tail, then acetic acid was injected into mice abdomen to cause inflammation and determine absorbency. Results The diarrhea index in each dosage group of Jiuxiang Zhixie granule was lower obviously than that in senna group (P〈0.05), and the effect of the granule was significantly better than that in positive control group; the absorbency in each dosage groups of the granule was lower obviously than that in acetic acid group (P〈0.05), and the absorbency in medium dosage group was significantly lower than that in Changkang group (P〈0.05). Conclusions Jiuxiang Zhixie granule has significantly action on relieving diarrhea and anti-inflammatory, and its action is significantly better than that of changkang tablet.
