摘　　要：中亚五国独立后,美国出于意识形态和国家利益的需要,利用自己强大的政治、经济实力,不遗余力,不惜耗费巨资积极向中亚地区灌输美国式的民主和价值观念,试图将其改造成符合自身利益的"新型民主国家",但收效甚微,中亚各国社会体制只是增加了一些民主形式。When the five countries of Central Asia got their independence, out of the necessity of ideology and national interests, America actively ingested American democracy and concept of value in Central Asian areas utilizing its strong political and economical power and tried to reconstruct Central Asian countries into the ＂new democratic countries＂ which accorded to American benefits. However America＇s efforts were mostly in vain and the Central Asian countries only scaled some democratic forms in their society system.
